Finding furniture to flip ISN’T HARD.
What??? Yep. I said it. It really isn’t. Here are the top 3 places I source from:
1️⃣: Family / friends — trust me on this! People get rid of stuff ALL of the time. When people know you flip furniture… you’ll be top of mind for THEIRS!
2️⃣: Yard sales. TIS THE SEASON. Get up early, take a truck or trailer or vehicle you’re good at Tetris with… and go hit the streets. You can look online in the classifieds usually to find posted sales.
3️⃣: speaking of classifieds… FB marketplace, Craig’s list, local paper… GOLD. Pro tip: look in the “free” section.
